Deep Dive CRE, LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates a shared commercial real estate research platform made available through deepdivecre.com and its family of Brand Sites. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it is stored and protected, how it may be shared with the specific brokerage or agent associated with the Brand Site you use, and how you can reach us.

Information We Collect

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company and account information you provide
• Search activity on the Platform
• Property activity (properties viewed and interacted with)
• Saved searches and saved properties
• Property requirements, contact requests, and consultation requests you submit

How We Use Information

• To operate your account and the features you use (saved items, alerts, your profile and QR code)
• To respond to inquiries, consultation requests, and property requirements you submit
• To match your stated requirements with property opportunities
• To route inquiries and requirements to the brokerage or agent associated with the Brand Site you used
• To improve the Platform, its search tools, and its content
• To send communications you have opted into (email or SMS preferences are always optional and can be changed at any time)

How Information May Be Shared Across Brand Sites

Because every Brand Site operates on the same underlying Platform and database, information you submit through a specific Brand Site — such as a contact form, consultation request, or property requirement — is routed to the brokerage, agent, or team associated with that Brand Site. That recipient may manage your information using their own email or customer-relationship-management tools outside the core Platform. We require agents and brands operating on the Platform to handle your information consistent with this Privacy Policy, but once information leaves the core Platform into an individual agent's own systems, its further handling is also subject to that agent's own practices. If you opt in through the checkbox described below under Contact Consent, your information may also be shared with outside brokerage firms that have a referral arrangement with Deep Dive CRE, LLC — see Contact Consent for how that works and how to opt out.

Consent to Use of Information

By creating an account or submitting a form on the Platform, you consent to Deep Dive CRE, LLC collecting, retaining, and using the information you provide for our internal business purposes — including analyzing how the Platform is used, improving our tools and content, and sharing it internally among Deep Dive CRE, LLC and its affiliated Brand Sites and brands. This consent to internal use and analytics is separate from, and does not by itself authorize, direct marketing contact — your choices about receiving communications are described below under Contact Consent and Your Choices.

Contact Consent

Some forms on the Platform, including the Contact page, include one or more optional checkboxes asking whether you would like to be contacted. These are separate, independent choices — selecting one does not automatically select the other.

Contact by Deep Dive CRE

If you select this checkbox, you give Deep Dive CRE, LLC and its own brokers and team permission to contact you using any of the means you specified when submitting the form — which may include phone calls, text messages, or email, including by automated means. Message and data rates may apply to text messages.

Sharing with Partner Brokerage Firms

Some forms may also include a separate checkbox allowing you to have your information shared with other, independent brokerage firms that have a referral arrangement with Deep Dive CRE, LLC. Deep Dive CRE may be compensated by those firms for referrals it sends them — for example, on a per-referral basis or through a membership or similar arrangement. Sharing your information this way in exchange for compensation may be considered a "sale" or "share" of personal information under some state privacy laws; selecting this checkbox is how you opt in, and you may opt out at any time going forward as described below.

Selecting either checkbox is optional and is never a condition of using the Platform. You may withdraw either consent at any time by contacting us at web@DeepDiveCre.com or by following the opt-out instructions included with any communication.

How Information Is Stored and Protected

Account credentials are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing; we never store your password in readable form. Authentication uses secure, HttpOnly session cookies. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel, and we retain records relating to registrations, consents, and submitted requests in line with business and legal requirements.

Consent Records

When you register or submit a form, we record the date of your acceptance of these Terms and this Privacy Policy, together with your email and SMS opt-in choices and any later changes to them.

Your Choices

You may update your account information, adjust your communication preferences, or request deletion of your account by contacting us at web@DeepDiveCre.com.

Additional Privacy Rights

The Platform is available worldwide. Deep Dive CRE, LLC is organized in North Carolina, is registered to do business in South Carolina as a foreign limited liability company, and plans to register in Georgia. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information under applicable law — for example, the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
