Agency Relationships
Using this Brand Site — viewing property information, creating an account, submitting a contact or consultation form, or otherwise communicating with CRE Folks — does not by itself create a brokerage, agency, advisory, fiduciary, or representation relationship. A brokerage or agency relationship is created only through the written agreements and disclosures required under applicable real estate license law, provided in the time and manner that law requires.
Before entering into a working relationship, CRE Folks's licensed agent(s) will provide the agency-relationship disclosure required by the real estate commission of the state where the property or transaction is located — currently the North Carolina Real Estate Commission's "Working With Real Estate Agents" brochure, or the South Carolina Real Estate Commission's "Disclosure of Real Estate Brokerage Relationships" brochure, as applicable.
Questions about representation or how an agency relationship is established should be directed to web@DeepDiveCre.com.
